Report Judicial Misconduct, Bias, or Abuse of Power
Report Judicial Misconduct
If you have witnessed or experienced conduct in a civil court that felt biased, unethical, or improper, you are not alone, and your concerns matter.
American Justice Watch offers a confidential reporting process for individuals who believe a judge’s behavior may have crossed ethical or professional boundaries. This can include patterns of bias, intimidation, prejudice, or actions that undermine fairness in the courtroom.
Our goal is not to replace formal legal processes, but to help document experiences that might otherwise go unheard. When concerns are shared responsibly, they can be reviewed, contextualized, and, when appropriate, raised for further attention.
If something didn’t sit right during your court experience, you can report it here.

Justice Watch provides a confidential reporting process and may investigate patterns of judicial misconduct. When appropriate, Justice Watch may file a formal complaint with the relevant oversight body.
